Refund policy

Our items are not returnable due to the health & hygiene issue involved.

However, we will accept a return and issue a full refund if you got a product that was incorrect, incomplete, broken, damaged, used, or tampered with. 


Here are the rules for qualifying for the refund in the aforementioned scenario:
Customer must contact us via the following email address within 24 hours after delivery:

  • When requested for them in relation to the claim, the customer must be prepared to give the photographs and videos.
  • At the time of the return, the product's packaging, labels, and tags must be present. 


If the aforementioned rules are met, we will send a reverse pickup to your registered shipping address.

Please be aware that replacements and returns are not permitted if:

  • The return request is submitted after the deadline has passed
  • The item is customized or built to order.
  • We do not accept any return requests for any other grounds than those mentioned above.


Following the successful submission of a claim and receipt of the item with its packaging and tags, a refund will be started within 15 working days in the form of store credit or cash in the manner of your choice. Due to bank restrictions, please provide an additional 8–10 working days for the reversed credit to appear in your payment method.
